These Terms of Use apply when you access or use GetKineticHub Tools. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
The service
GetKineticHub Tools provides free browser-based utilities intended to assist with web, design, development and related workflows.
Features may be changed, improved, replaced or removed over time. Availability of the website or any individual tool is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Your files, content and inputs
You are responsible for the files, text, settings and other material you use with the tools.
You should only process material that you own, are authorised to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process.
You must not use GetKineticHub Tools for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, attempts to compromise the service, or activity that interferes with other users or the hosting infrastructure.
Tool output
The tools are designed to produce useful working output, but you remain responsible for reviewing and testing that output before using it in production or relying on it for an important purpose.
Where a tool generates CSS, SVG, resized images or other output from your inputs, GetKineticHub does not claim ownership of your original material merely because you used the tool.
Browser processing and data loss
Many tools work locally in your browser. Reloading, closing or navigating away from a page may clear the current working state or generated results.
You are responsible for downloading or otherwise saving anything you wish to keep.
No warranties
GetKineticHub Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable care is taken in building and testing the tools, no guarantee is made that every result will be error-free, suitable for every use case, or compatible with every browser, device, file or production environment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetKineticHub is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or its generated output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Site content and branding
The GetKineticHub name, site design, original interface elements, documentation and other original site content may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
These terms do not grant permission to misrepresent another product or service as GetKineticHub or to reproduce protected GetKineticHub branding in a misleading way.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.
Continued use of the website after an update means the current version of the terms applies to subsequent use.
